Yemen's Information Ministry has welcomed the ARTE TV and Paris Match magazine press teams expected to visit Yemen this week.
The teams will coverthe Red Cross activities in the country.
In a statement, the information ministry said that Yemen's embassy in Paris "has issued (the press teams) entry visas in a record short time out of the government's sense that the media should acquaint the world about the miserable situation which Yemen has been going through since the Saleh-Houthi militias' disgraceful coup against the state."
The two media teams will cover the medical support program from the Red Cross and other humanitarian and relief organizations, including support of health awareness campaigns.
