The chairman of the Supreme Judiciary Council SJC Ali Naser Salem has affirmed the importance of resolving all issues in Aden courts without delay.
\The chairman was in a tour to inspect the courts with Justice Minister Jamal M. Omar and the chief of the Aden Appeals Court. He said that the political authority is exerting efforts to bring the judiciary back into function after the Saleh-Houthi militia's devastating war.
The justice minister emphasized on the return of courts of all types, civil, criminal and commercial, back to normal operation.
In an unrelated issue the governor of Abyan Abubakr H. Salem inaugurated today the return of the local courts back to duty. The governor was chairing a meeting for all local judiciary leaders in al-Kawd. The meeting underscored the importance of coordination between all judicial institutions and security authorities.
