MARIB-SABA
The Houthi coup militia bombed, early today in Marib city, three trucks parked to unload humanitarian relief, King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid (KSrelief ) announced.
"Specialized teams from the Arab coalition immediately began investigations and preliminary clues indicated that a bomb had been planted in the scene a while before parking the trucks," said KSrelief, the donor of the shipment, in a statement.
The bombing burned the three trucks and all the foodstuff they were carrying. The aid shipment comes as part of the Yemen-wide humanitarian aid campaign KSrelief is conducting to alleviate the suffering of Yemenis because of the Houthi coup.
KSrelief said such an incident will not affect the humanitarian and food aid programs it is carrying as part of the Arab coalition's Hope Restoration operation in Yemen.
