Aden (Saba)- Aden Governor Abdul-Aziz al-Maflahi on Tuesday met here with a team of the United Nation Development
Programme (UNDP) chaired by Sylvain Merlen, discussing aspects of support provided by UNDP in Aden to tackle consequences of the war.
The team reviewed programs presented by UNDP, pointing out that covered security, humanitarian aspects , hygiene, cleanness, police and judiciary.
The team cited that UNDP also provided assistances in the field of vocational training, removal of mines and training of local teams to remove landmines.
Al-Maflahi highly valued efforts made by the United Nations in Yemen, expressing readiness of the authorities to facilitate all difficulties and challenges
