Rabat, (Saba) - The Republic of Yemen is partaking in the 23rd Meeting of Advisory Committee of Arab Industrial Development and Mining Organization (AIDO) is being held here.
Representatives for Arab Ministers of Industry and Mining are the participants of the meeting.
Deputy Minister of Industry and Commerce Salem Salman delivered a speech in the meeting in which he praised efforts of Arab brothers in the organization in implementing programs in field of industry and mining and their keenness on boosting Arab cooperation for improving mining.
He hoped that Yemen will get special support and coordination for improving mineral wealth in Yemen, as a well-known country having various minerals existing in more than a province.
The meeting discussed updating Database of Mining sector in Arab countries and reviewed Mineral Wealth Management's Program for 2018 and formation of preparatory committee for the Fifth Arab-International Mineral Wealth Conference to be held in Egypt in 2018.
