Yemen’s Ambassador to Cuba Mohammed Nasher discussed ways to strengthen media cooperation between the two friendly countries with Jorge Legañoa Alonso, President of the Cuban News Agency.

Ambassador Nasher briefed Legañoa Alonso on the latest developments in Yemen, highlighting the threat posed by the Houthi terrorist militia to Yemen’s and the region’s stability and to the safety of international navigation in the Red Sea and Bab al-Mandab.

He praised the agency’s interest in Yemen and its coverage through Prensa Latina.

For his part, the Cuban news agency president affirmed his commitment to providing professional and balanced coverage of events and expanding coverage of developments in Yemen and the region.
