Bahrain's Crown Prince Receives Foreign Minister, Letter From President al-Alimi

The Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad al Khalifa, received today, Wednesday, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Afrah al-Zoubi, who handed him a written message from His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa al-Khalifa, King of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

During the meeting they discussed Yemeni-Bahraini historical relations and ways to develop them and build on the joint cooperation achieved, as well as the latest developments in Yemen and the region, and issues of common interest.
His Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad confirmed the depth of the fraternal relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Yemen.

He affirmed that the Kingdom of Bahrain is keen to continue joint cooperation in various fields to serve the mutual interests of both countries and their peoples, reiterating Bahrain’s steadfast position in supporting security, stability, development and peace in Yemen.
Al-Zouba expressed Yemen's appreciation for Bahrain's steadfast support for the PLC, the government and the state's institutions.
She also cited the latest developments in Yemen and the government's efforts to restore state institutions, amid the ongoing escalation by Houthi terrorist militias and their threats to navigation.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates reiterated Yemen's condemnation of Iran's unjustified attacks on the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
Al-Zouba reaffirmed Yemen's solidarity with these brotherly countries and its support for all measures they take to protect their security, sovereignty, and territorial integrity.
Bahraini Foreign Minister Dr. Abdul Latif al- Zayani, Minister of Finance and National Economy Sheikh Salman bin Khalifa al Khalifa and senior officials were in attendance.
