Riyadh, (Saba) - President Abdo Rabbo Mansour Hadi on Sunday received Regional Director for the Near and Middle East and the Maghreb at the German Foreign Office Philipp Ackermann.
During the meeting, Hadi praised strong bonds of friendship and fruitful cooperation between Yemen and Germany in different fields, indicating that Germany supported Yemen in different stages and circumstances.
Hadi also said that Germany positively propped up Yemen transition on the basis of the GCC-brokered deal and its implementation mechanism as well as the success of the National Dialogue Conference.
"The Yemeni people suffered very much and it is longing to peace, security and stability" Hadi added." This war ,which was imposed on our people and must be ended ".
Hadi asserted that the Yemeni people will not accept the Iranian experiment whatever the challenges it faces.
For his part, Ackermann expressed assistances programs provided by Germany to Yemen in the past stage, looking forward to continue its assistance to alleviate suffering of Yemenis in the current situation.
