The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

PM: Government to develop electricity services in Summer

Aden , (Saba) Prime Minister Ahmed Obaid Bin Daghar said on Sunday that the Yemeni government worked during this year to overcome all difficulties and challenges to provide electricity services in Aden and other governorates.
In a speech delivered on the National Women's Day in Aden, Bin Dhaghar said that the government restored services, paid salaries, and directed to reconstruct those houses which were damaged as a result of the war.
He cited that the government rehabilitated main roads, Aden Port and other projects which revived the live of economy in the port city of Aden.
He praised the roles played by Yemeni women in development and representation of Yemen in different international forums.
