Yemen's Ambassador to Türkiye Mohammed Tareq discussed with President of the Turkish Aeronautical Association University Dr. Rahmi Er prospects for scientific and academic cooperation.
Ways to strengthen partnership in the fields of education, training and scientific research were also discussed.
During the meeting, Ambassador Tareq reviewed the longstanding historical relations between Yemen and Türkiye and highlighted the challenges facing Yemen's education sector.
He emphasized the importance of benefiting from Türkiye's academic and technological expertise to help educate Yemeni students and enhance their capacities.
For his part, Dr. Rahmi Er presented the university's academic programs and areas of specialization, including aviation sciences, space sciences, engineering, and business administration.
He expressed the university's interest in signing an academic cooperation protocol that would open new opportunities for Yemeni students and promote the exchange of expertise and training programs between the two sides.
