The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Afrah al-Zouba discussed today, Saturday, with her Djiboutian counterpart Abdelqader Omar bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries.

During a phone call, the two ministers underscored the importance of promoting cooperation between the littoral countries to protect international navigation, safeguard the security of the Red Sea and establish stability in the region.

The phone conversations addressed the threats posed by the Iranian-backed Houthi terrorist militias to the security and stability of Yemen and the region, as well as to international navigation in the Red Sea.
