Pakistan Condemns Houthi Threats Against Saudi Arabia

Pakistan has strongly condemned threats by the Houthi terrorist militias against Saudi Arabia and commercial shipping in the Red Sea.

In a statement issued on Tuesday, Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said such actions threaten regional peace and stability, undermine freedom of navigation, and endanger global trade.

The ministry described threats targeting commercial vessels or trade with Saudi Arabia as unacceptable, saying they constitute a violation of international law and the established maritime order.

Pakistan also expressed deep concern over reports of threats against ships engaged in legitimate commercial activities with the Kingdom, calling for full respect for international law and the protection of the safety and security of international maritime navigation.
