His Excellency President Dr. Rashad a-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) applauded the Egyptian significant role in establishing the security and stability of the region.
"The Egyptian active role in establishing the security and stability of the region is greatly valued", he said.
He also deeply appreciated Egypt's continuous support for Yemen in different fields and stages.
" We're grateful to the Arab of the Republic of Egypt for its steadfast support for the Yemeni people in different stages and fields", he noted.
His remarks came during his meeting today, Tuesday, with the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Republic of Yemen Ihab Ahmed Abu Srie.
The President highlighted the alignment of Yemeni and Egyptian views on various Arab, regional, and international issues, as well as the ongoing coordination between the two countries at all levels, amid the complex challenges the region is facing.
The Chairman of the PLC touched on the latest developments in the Yemeni national arena, highlighting the government's efforts to implement the economic reform program, despite the exceptional conditions imposed by the war of the Houthi terrorist militias.
