The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates has announced full solidarity of the Republic of Yemen with the State of Qatar following the explosion that occurred at a liquefied natural gas facility in the Ras Laffan Industrial Area, which resulted in deaths and injuries.
In a statement issued Monday, the ministry affirmed Yemen’s support for Qatar under all circumstances, praising the efficiency of the Qatari authorities and specialized agencies in handling the incident.
The ministry extended its sincere condolences and deepest sympathy to the State of Qatar, its leadership, government, and people, as well as to the families of the victims.
It also expressed wishes for a speedy recovery for those injured and prayed that the brotherly country of Qatar would remain safe from all harm and misfortune.
