Yemen Denounces Iranian Missile and Drone Strikes on Kuwait, Bahrain, and Jordan
[10/06/2026 02:20]
ADEN-SABA
The Republic of Yemen has strongly condemned the missile and drone attacks carried out by Iran against the State of Kuwait, the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, describing them as a blatant violation of national sovereignty and a serious threat to regional security and stability.

In a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Yemen characterized the attacks as an alarming escalation that risks deepening instability and fueling tensions across the region.

The ministry said the strikes are indicative of Iran’s continued pursuit of destabilizing policies, accusing Tehran of seeking to export conflict and disorder beyond its borders through direct military actions and the support of affiliated armed groups.

According to the statement, Iran’s use of missiles, drones, and proxy militias has contributed to undermining regional security and jeopardizing international peace, while also posing risks to the safety of air and maritime traffic.

Yemen further warned that such actions threaten efforts aimed at preserving stability and security in the region and could have broader repercussions for international navigation and commerce.

Reaffirming its solidarity with the affected countries, Yemen expressed its full support for Kuwait, Bahrain, and Jordan in their efforts to defend their sovereignty, protect their territories, and maintain the safety and security of their citizens.
