The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has expressed the Republic of Yemen’s condemnation and denunciation of the terrorist attack that targeted a security checkpoint in the northwestern part of the brotherly Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

The terrorist attack resulted in a number of casualties and injuries among police personnel.

The ministry affirmed, in a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), Yemen’s full solidarity with the brotherly Islamic Republic of Pakistan in confronting terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, and its rejection of all terrorist acts aimed at undermining security and stability.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also expressed its sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the government and people of Pakistan, as well as to the families of the victims, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured.
