Yemen’s Ambassador to Sudan Omar al-Madawi discussed Friday with the Director of the General Administration of Protocol at the Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mohamed Ismail arrangements for the resumption of the Yemeni mission’s work from its headquarters in Khartoum.

Ambassador al-Madawi expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the facilitations provided to the Yemeni mission, which contributed to the success of its duties during its period of operation in Khartoum.

For his part, the Director of Protocol praised the efforts of the Yemeni mission and the preparations made at the embassy premises to resume its official work from the Sudanese capital.

Both sides affirmed the depth of the fraternal relations between the two brotherly countries and stressed the importance of strengthening and further developing them in a way that serves the interests of both peoples.
