The Minister of Electricity and Energy Eng. Adnan al-Kaf met today, Monday, with the Ambassador of the United Kingdom (UK) to the Republic of Yemen Abda Sharif.
The talks dealt with joint cooperation between the two countries in the field of energy.
Al-Kaf underlined the need for the UK's cooperation to sustain the government's ongoing efforts aimed to improve electricity services.
The British Ambassador stated that her country will continue to support the Yemeni government in order to boost chances for investment in the electricity sector, to improve services and ease the suffering of the people.
