President Al-Alimi Praises Armed Forces Readiness and Heroic Resilience

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, held phone calls with Minister of Defense Taher al-Aqili and Chief of the General Staff Sagheer bin Aziz to assess the combat readiness of the armed forces and extend his congratulations to military personnel across all fronts on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.

President Al-Alimi praised the armed forces for their heroic resilience and steadfastness in confronting the Houthi terrorist militias, affirming the pivotal role of their immense sacrifices in deterring the destructive Iranian project and defeating its expansionist ambitions.

During the calls, the President was briefed on field developments, the level of operational readiness, and the morale of troops across various theaters. He commended the high state of vigilance, military discipline, and strong sense of national responsibility demonstrated by members of the armed forces on all fronts.

The President affirmed the leadership’s full recognition of the armed forces’ honorable role in deterring threats and safeguarding national gains, expressing firm confidence that their patience, resilience, and sacrifices will lead to a decisive victory.

President Al-Alimi also reiterated the state’s unwavering commitment to honoring the sacrifices of the armed forces, including continued care for the wounded and support for the families of the fallen, in recognition of their heroic contributions in defense of the republican system, national constants, and Yemen’s security, stability, and future.

He further praised the sincere fraternal role of Saudi Arabia for its continued support to the Yemeni people, their legitimate leadership, and national institutions, and for its efforts to help realize the aspirations for security, stability, and peace.
