Yemeni Coast Guard Seizes Human Smuggling Boat East of Mayun Island

ADEN – SABA
A patrol of the Yemeni Coast Guard has seized a boat carrying on board 47 African migrants of Ethiopian nationality near Bab al-Mandab Area, East of Mayun Island.
The migrants included 39 men and 8 women.
According to security media, humanitarian assistance was provided to the migrants, while the boat was detained and the necessary legal procedures were taken against those involved in the smuggling operation.
