Minister of Local Administration, Eng. Badr Basalama, met on Sunday in the interim capital Aden with the Deputy Head of the World Food Programme (WFP) Office in Aden, Al-Rasheed Hammad, to review the implementation of ongoing humanitarian interventions and the relief and humanitarian programs being carried out by the organization across various governorates.
The meeting examined the progress of current humanitarian activities and mechanisms to strengthen coordination and integration between the ministry and the WFP to enhance response efficiency and ensure assistance reaches eligible beneficiaries in line with government priorities.
