Governor of Aden, Abdurrahman Sheikh, held talks with UNHCR Representative, Muhammad Rafiq, focusing on collaborative efforts to enhance infrastructure and services in Aden.
Discussions centered on the implementation of two significant projects: the Al-ArIsh wastewater pumping station, funded by Kuwait's economic development fund at USD 3.389 million, and the main sewage line extension from Dar Saad to Al-Airsh, valued at USD 3.757 million, backed by Aden's local authority.
Governor Sheikh emphasized these initiatives will bolster Aden's infrastructure, mitigate pollution, and elevate basic services, fostering a cleaner, safer environment for residents.
