The non-resident Ambassador of Yemen to the Philippines, Dr. Adel Bahumayd, met with Philippine Foreign Minister Maria Teresa Lazaro to discuss the latest developments in Yemen.
Ambassador Bahamid briefed Minister Lazaro on recent political and security developments in Yemen, including presidential decrees issued by the Presidential Leadership Council aimed at enhancing security, stability, and protecting citizens.
He also highlighted efforts to strengthen Yemen's legal position and improve the country's economic situation.
Bahumayd expressed appreciation for the bilateral relations between Yemen and the Philippines, emphasizing the strong ties of mutual respect and cooperation between the two nations.
He thanked the Philippines for its support of Yemen's constitutional legitimacy and its government and people.
