The Yemeni Network for Rights and Freedoms has condemned armed elements affiliated with the Southern Transitional Council (STC) for raiding citizens' homes in Ghayl Bin Yamin district, Hadramout province, amidst a complete closure of the area and imposition of a military blockade.
These actions have spread terror among civilians, especially women and children, violating constitutional rights and international humanitarian law.
The STC forces also launched a multi-axis attack on Hadramout Tribal Alliance leaders in Wadi Nahab, threatening social peace and undermining Saudi-led efforts to reduce tensions.
The network demands an immediate halt to all raids and armed violations, lifting of the military blockade, reopening of district entrances, and an independent investigation into violations with prosecution of those responsible, holding STC fully accountable for consequences of this escalation.
