The Member of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) Maj. General Aidaroos al-Zubaidi underscored the importance of enhancing the role of the Local Administration in improving the performance of the local authorities.

His remark came during an inspection visit he paid today, Wednesday, to the Ministry of Local Administration in the temporary capital Aden.

The Ministry senior officials detailed Maj. General al-Zubaid on the Ministry's plans, projects and ongoing efforts to carry out its duties.

Al-Zubaidi also was briefed on the planned training courses to be carried out by Ministry in 2026 about designing plans, budgets, local authority courses and economic development.
