Ambassador al-Eryani discusses with German official ways to strengthen bilateral relations

Yemen's Ambassador to Germany Louay al-Eryani discussed Wednesday with Director of the Middle East at the German Foreign Ministry Christian Ghash ways to strengthen bilateral relations between the two friendly countries.

Al-Eryani reviewed the developments in the situation in Yemen, and the efforts of the Presidential Leadership Council and the Yemeni government for economic and security stability in Yemen.

He stressed the need to realize the security threats posed by the terrorist Houthi militias and their danger on regional security and international corridors.

For his part, the German official stressed the bilateral relations between the two countries, his country's support for the Yemeni government and peace efforts and the role of the UN envoy to Yemen in reaching peace.

He renewed his country's willingness to strengthen relations with Yemen.
