The Prisoners and Detainees Authority strongly condemned the Houthi terrorist militia's self-styled Specialized Criminal Appeals Division's upholding of death sentences against three civilians forcibly abducted from Saada Governorate, and prison sentences ranging from 7 to 15 years for 14 others.
In a statement, the Authority affirmed the invalidity of these politically motivated rulings, which aim to eliminate opponents and subjugate citizens using the guise of the judiciary.
It considered them decisions issued by an authority lacking legitimate jurisdiction and a court devoid of legal legitimacy and proper authority.
