Member of the Presidential Leadership Council, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, met with the French Ambassador to Yemen, Catherine Corm-Kammoun, to discuss the latest developments in Yemen and bilateral relations between the two countries.
During the meeting, al-Alimi expressed his appreciation for France's support for the Presidential Leadership Council and the government, particularly in promoting economic reforms and supporting the Central Bank. He emphasized the council's commitment to facing challenges, including ending the Houthi coup and restoring state institutions.
The ambassador reaffirmed France's continued support for the government and its efforts to promote stability and peace.
