His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) held a meeting today, Saturday, in the temporary capital Aden, with the Chairman of the Consultations and Reconciliation Commission (CCC) Mohammed al-Ghaithi and his Deputies Abdulmalik al-Mikhlafi, Sakher al-Wajeach, Jamilla Ali Raja and Akram al-Amiri.
The meeting devoted to discuss the national developments, boost unity of the ranks, enhance the principles of partnership and national harmony in accordance with the references of the transitional stage.
The discussions also touched on the regional developments and their potential influences on the Yemeni situation and the required efforts to further isolate the terrorist militias.
The President restated that the PLC and the government are committed to take necessary measures to strengthen the internal front, unify the republican alignment and join all efforts and resources to restore the state institutions and put an end of the Yemeni people suffering.
The Chairman of the PLC urged the CCC to double down efforts in the coming stage and to effectively engage with the actions of the state's institutions to support the efforts of the PLC and the government.
