Minister of Water and Environment, Tawfik al-Sharjabi, and Minister of Agriculture, Salem al-Soqatri, led a high-level delegation to the 3rd Joint Ministerial Meeting of Arab Water and Agriculture Ministers in Cairo, Egypt.
The meeting, themed "Institutional Coordination and Policy Alignment for Water and Food Security in the Arab Region," brought together ministers from across the Arab world to discuss critical regional challenges and opportunities in water and agriculture.
In a statement, the Yemeni delegation emphasized the urgent need for integrated water and agriculture sector management to ensure sustainable natural resource utilization in the Arab region.
