Government deeply appreciates Saudi Arabia's new economic support for Yemen

The Government of the Republic of Yemen expressed its deep thank and gratitude to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia led by the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz al-Saud and the Crown Prince, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz al-Saud for the Kingdom's generous support with an amount of (one billion, three hundred and eighty million and two hundred and fifty thousand Saudi Rial) in aid for the Yemeni people, amid current economic challenges.
The government said in a statement " This noble brotherly action embodies the depth of the historical relations between the two brotherly peoples, and it confirms once again the leading role of the Kingdom in aiding the Yemeni people and constantly standing with Yemen in different stages and circumstances".
The government affirmed that this noble support will contribute to ease the humanitarian suffering and back the ongoing efforts to manage the economic hardships and to bolster the chances for stability and development.
The statement reads" The Republic of Yemen, leadership, government and people greatly appreciate this great support and the sincere brotherly positions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in support of Yemen".
