The Yemeni government expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the inciting campaign launched by the leaders of the Houthi terrorist militias against the staff of UN and humanitarian organizations operating in Yemen, which includes false accusations, in a blatant attempt to justify the militias' crimes against them.

Al-Arada meets with Head of the Judicial Council, Head of the Supreme Court, Justice Minister

Member of the Presidential Leadership Council, Sultan Al-Arada met Thursday with the President of the Supreme Judicial Council Judge Mohsen Yahya Talib, the President of the Supreme Court Judge Dr. Ali Ahmed al-Awash and the Minister of Justice Judge Badr Al-Aridah.

He discussed with them a number of issues related to judicial affairs.

The meeting discussed ways to raise the efficiency of judicial cadres and develop administrative and technical mechanisms, in addition to discussing coordination mechanisms between authorities to ensure the independence of the judiciary and the enforcement of judicial rulings.

During the meeting, al-Arada stressed the keenness of the political leadership, represented by President Rashad Mohammed al-Alimi, to support the judiciary in enabling it to perform its duties independently and fairly, pointing out to the pivotal role played by the Supreme Judicial Council and the competent judicial authorities in establishing the values of justice and equality and protecting citizens' rights.

Al-Arada stressed the importance of concerted efforts between state institutions to enhance citizens' confidence in the judiciary and ensure the rule of law.

For their part, the President of the Supreme Judicial Council, the President of the Supreme Court and the Minister of Justice reviewed the efforts made to develop the judicial work system and address existing challenges.

They Pointed out to their keenness to develop administrative and technical judicial mechanisms and benefit from modern technology and techniques to communicate with the public and improve performance within institutions, work intensively to complete the cases under consideration, and complete legal procedures in various cases in accordance with judicial principles.
