The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Shaya Zindani held discussions today, Thursday, with the Foreign Minister of the Arab Republic of Egypt Dr. Badr Abdel-Ati over the bust bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to further boost mutual cooperation to serve mutual interests.
Zindani and Abdel-Ati underscored the importance of preparing and organizing the meetings of the joint committee between the two countries in the upcoming stage.
The conversations also addressed the situation of the Yemeni community in Egypt.
The Minister Zindani expressed thanks and gratitude to the Egyptian government for its cooperation and the significant facilities granted to the Yemeni community in the areas of residency, education and health.
The Egyptian Minister reaffirmed his country's consistent and supportive stance towards Yemen, confirming his country's assistance to the Yemeni government's efforts to eliminate Houthi militias' coup, establish peace and development.
