Member of the Presidential Leadership Council, Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, discussed the security and service challenges in the city on Sunday with Minister of State and Governor of Aden, Ahmed Lamlas, and Deputy Director of Aden Security, Brigadier General Abu Bakr Jabr.
They discussed the progress of the investment program plan for the first half of this year and the projects being implemented in Aden's districts.
They also discussed an assessment of the market monitoring campaign, price controls following the significant improvement in the value of the local currency, and mechanisms for addressing irregularities that have plagued some field visits.
The meeting discussed the challenges facing the local authority in the interim capital, Aden, in terms of security and services, and ways to overcome them to ensure improved performance and meet citizens' needs.
