Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, Dr. Waed Badhib, chaired a meeting with a delegation of European Union ambassadors to Yemen to discuss the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Country Program Document for 2024 and the project plan for 2025.
The meeting, which included deputy ministers and representatives from various government agencies, reviewed the key achievements and projects of the UNDP in Yemen during the past year and the priorities for upcoming projects.
Dr. Badhib emphasized the importance of the UNDP's efforts and the support of donors, particularly the European Union, in addressing the challenges facing Yemen.
He highlighted the impact of these challenges on the government's ability to provide basic services and implement sustainable development programs.
