Chairman of Yemen's Presidential Leadership Council, Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, met on Wednesday with leaders of the National Bloc of Stakeholders, led by Speaker of the Shura Council Dr. Ahmed Obaid bin Dagher.
The meeting focused on discussing the latest local developments and the role of national forces in responding to regional and international changes.
The Chairman welcomed the leaders and representatives of the National Bloc, emphasizing the importance of partnership and collaboration in achieving the aspirations of the Yemeni people. Dr. al-Alimi briefed the attendees on the overall local developments, successes, challenges, and opportunities available to achieve victory and the desired future.
The meeting highlighted the progress achieved in the national battle at the local and international levels, including the correction of the misleading narrative regarding the situation in Yemen and the redefinition of the Houthi militia as a permanent threat to international peace and security.
The Chairman stressed the importance of resolving differences among national forces and devoting efforts to the battle to restore the state, emphasizing the need for true partnership in fulfilling the aspirations of the Yemeni people and achieving liberation requirements.
The meeting concluded with a discussion on the National Bloc's vision for dealing with political and economic changes, alleviating human suffering, and building a broad national partnership to manage the transitional phase.
