He directed the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to prioritize communication and integration with these talented nationals, considering them a valuable asset.
During a dialogue seminar in Aden, Dr. bin Mubarak highlighted the need for strengthening partnerships between higher education institutions and the private sector to drive scientific research and address challenges. He also emphasized the significance of scientific publishing in boosting academic excellence and the status of Yemeni researchers globally.
The Prime Minister called on academics and researchers to support the government in promoting transparency and accountability, fostering an informed public opinion against corruption.
He warned about the ongoing threat posed by the Houthi clerical regime and the need for combined efforts to confront it and restore state institutions.
