ADEN – SABA
Defense Minister Major General Mohsen al-Da'iri discussed on Sunday with French Ambassador to Yeme Catherine Corm-Kammoun and the military attaché at the French Embassy Colonel Junaid Ghuda latest developments in Yemen in light of regional and international changes.
The defense minister explained that achieving stability in Yemen depends on supporting and enhancing the capabilities of the armed forces, enabling them to perform their tasks in restoring state institutions, securing maritime navigation, and asserting control over the entire national territory.
He pointed out the continued Iranian regime's smuggling of weapons, missiles and drones to the Houthi terrorist militia.
General al-Da'iri confirmed that the armed forces, in all their formations, are working in complete harmony through the Joint Operations Authority, unifying all efforts to confront the Houthi terrorist militia.
