Al-Hilal defeated its host, Al-Taawoun, 2-0 in a match held at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Buraidah, as part of Round 25 of the Saudi Professional League.
Mohammed Kanno scored the first goal in the 12th minute, and Marcos Leonardo added the second goal in the 75th minute. Al-Hilal's score rose to 57 points in second place, while Al-Taawoun's score remained at 34 points in eighth place.
