PM: Schooling operation must be resumed

The Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed bin Mubarak urged resuming the schooling process and preparing for the exams.

He stated that the government is very keen on improving the teachers' living conditions and endorsing the reasonable increase in their salaries.

He made his statement as he chaired a meeting today, Saturday, in the temporary capital Aden, with the Minister of Education Taria al-Akbari and the Minister of State, Aden Governor Ahmed Lamlas.

The meeting aimed to discuss the necessary measures to resume the schooling process in the schools in Aden where the teachers asking for an increase in the salaries.

Dr. Bin Mubarak ordered forming a technical team from the Ministry of Education and administration of Aden governorate to suggest the appropriate solutions to get the curriculums and textbooks accomplished and make the preparations for the exams on the scheduled time.
