Yemen's Deputy Foreign Minister, Mustafa Noman, had a meeting with the Secretary-General of the Indian Ocean Rim Association (IORA), Sanjiv Ranjan, in Muscat, Oman.
They talked about how to work together to address the challenges facing the Indian Ocean region, particularly when it comes to security and well-being.
