The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

FM confers with German Ambassador over bilateral relations

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Shaya al-Zindani discussed today, Tuesday, with the German Ambassador to the Republic of Yemen Hubert Jager bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries.
They also conferred over regional and international efforts aiming to establish peace and stability in Yemen.
Dr. al-Zindani voiced deep gratitude and appreciation to the Federal Republic of Germany for its substantial contribution to the development and humanitarian actions in Yemen.
The German Ambassador affirmed country's continuous support for Yemen in different fields.
