The Kuwaiti Assistant Foreign Minister for Arab Affairs, Ambassador Ahmed al-Bakr, several senior Kuwaiti officials and the Ambassador of the Republic of Yemen to Kuwait Dr. Ali Mansour bin Safa were in attendance.
