The Aden Local Council and the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) are enhancing their partnership to support infrastructure projects in Aden. Secretary-General Badr Muawin and GIZ Country Director Marc Schumacher discussed ways to improve roads, water, sanitation, education, health, and port development, including the fishing port rehabilitation.
GIZ has been working in Yemen since 1969, focusing on economic development, employment, public services, stabilization, and local governance.
