The Chargé d' Affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Yemen Embassy in Budapest, Hungary, Ambassador Ahmed Naji met today, Friday, with the Head of the Middle East and North Africa Department at the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade János Lashtovka.
They discussed bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and ways to further develop them to serve the mutual interests of the two nations.
The conversations also covered the latest developments in the Yemeni and regional arenas, including Houthi terrorist militias' military operations in the Red Sea.
The Hungarian official reaffirmed his government's stance in support of the Yemeni government.
He described Houthi militias' military actions in the Red Sea as a threat to maritime navigation, regional and international peace and security.
