Yemen's Minister of Industry and Trade Mohammed al-Ashwal held a virtual meeting with Chairman of the General Union of Chambers of Commerce Mohammed Abdo Saeed to explore enhanced collaboration opportunities.

The discussion focused on strengthening public-private partnerships, overcoming domestic and international challenges, and establishing business councils in countries where there are Yemeni investments. Strategic objectives included enhancing trade exchange and the national economy, attracting investors through simplified procedures, and developing promotional strategies for export growth

Al-Ashwal praised the union's efforts in promoting Yemen's business sector, emphasizing the crucial role of chambers of commerce in supporting national economic development.
