The Civil Aviation and Met. Authority, in the temporary capital Aden, confirmed that airlines, international organizations and operators must obtain a prior flight permission from the Authority to enter the airspace of the Republic of Yemen, as it is the official civil aviation authority of the country.

Ambassador Faqira meets with World Bank Country Director in Yemen

The Yemeni Ambassador to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Dr. Jalal Faqira met Tuesday with the World Bank Country Director in Yemen Dina Abu Ghida.
During the meeting, the two parties discussed the components of the World Bank's work program in Yemen for the year 2025, focusing on health, education, water and fisheries sector, in addition to humanitarian interventions through various projects.
Both parties emphasized the importance of enhancing coordination and cooperation between the embassy and the bank, and providing all forms of support and facilitation to enable the bank to carry out its tasks in Yemen effectively.
Ambassador Faqira appreciated the World Bank's efforts and contributions to supporting various sectors in Yemen.
