The Minister of Defense (Lt Gen) Mohsen al-Daeri met today, Thursday, with the Military Attaché at the US Embassy in the Republic of Yemen, Colonel Stuart Peebles.
They discussed the developments in the Yemeni national arena and the continuation of the attacks by the Iranian regime backed Houthi terrorist militias on the commercial ships and the threats to the freedom of marine navigation in the Red Sea and Bab al-Mandab as well as the militias persistent attacks on the positions of the armed forces on various fronts.
The conversations also touched on the collaboration between the Houthi terrorist militias and al-Qaeda and ISIS terrorists to target government armed forces and disturb security in the government-held regions.
