Amb. Tareiq seeks further cultural, economic cooperation with Azerbaijan

The Non-Resident Ambassador of the Republic of Yemen to Azerbaijan Mohammed Tareiq held talks today, Thursday, with the Azerbaijani Culture Minister Adel Karimli over bilateral cultural cooperation between the two countries.

Tareiq expressed Yemen's desire and willingness to promote cultural relations and cooperation.

For his part, the Azerbaijani Minister affirmed that his country is interested in establishing cultural relations with Yemen, demonstrating willingness to take practical steps in this regard.

Ambassador Tareiq also discussed with the Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Yalchin Rafiyev ways to boost bilateral relations and cooperation in different areas.

The two sides underscored the importance of establishing a mechanism for consultations between the foreign ministries in the two countries.
