RIYADH - SABA
Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation and Fisheries Salem al-Soqatri held talks today with the FAO Assistant Director- General and Regional Representative for the Near East and North Africa Mr. AbdulHakim Elwaer to explore ways of enhancing cooperation.

Talks held on the sidelines of the 16th Conference of the Parties to Combat Desertification (COP16) in Riyadh, went over projects to be implemented in the fields of agriculture, irrigation and fisheries, in order to contribute to enhancing food security and supporting sustainable development.
